San Remo Hotel - Larnaca

Staff was super cheerful and helpful .

the king room had basic facilities you need, central heating, multi-channel tv, and a seating area. the location was great, by the public transport, the hotel overlooked city.

clean bed and the price was very cheap

toilet smelled though it had been bleached. breakfast was poor

The location is quite convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Kastella beach and nearby cafes and restaurants. The wifi and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was functional, even if somewhat dated. The cleaning staff came daily, ensuring that beds were made and sheets and towels changed every 2 days. The hotel features a nice swimming pool, although it lacks shower facilities.

The corridor carpet and sofa were in poor condition.

I definitely recommend this hotel! Apart from one girl at the reception, all staff were great and really helpful! It is placed like 3 minutes walk fron the fishing harbour which is so romantic, 7 minutes from the Mackenzie Beach, which is awesome and 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, where the beach is terrible! The bufet breakfast was at the hotel and it was nice! The dinner was at the Flamingo Beach hotel and it was just awesome - totally recommend!!! Room was nice and clean and the towels were changed every day. And the swimming poool was nice as well!

It wasn't possible to borrow the electicity adaptor, one must have bought it for 2€. Swimming was forbidden between 8p.m. and 8a.m.

A mixed bag in Larnaca

The night staff's warmth brought comfort after long days exploring. The adjustable air conditioning worked wonders, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep even in the summer heat.

Unfortunately, the room showed signs of wear and tear, with furniture falling apart and limited cleanliness. The breakfast options felt inadequate, leading to long waits for replenishment.

Excellent value for money, room very clean, staff ok. I will stay at San Remo again if I will have the chance to.

The swimming pool and proximity to nice local restaurants

Great location with basic accommodation

The pool area provided a refreshing escape after roaming the nearby beach. The breakfast felt lacking, and having no fridge in the room were nice.

Excellent location close to Larnaca airport. Ideal for late arrivals or early departures.

The condition of the carpets and furniture gives off a vibe stuck in the past, much like a time capsule from the 1970s. My room experienced inconsistent cleanliness-some days bins weren't emptied or towels changed. For anyone hoping for a vibrant dining experience, be warned, evening meals are served at a separate hotel two streets away, which can feel inconvenient for those wanting to unwind after a long day. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection felt scarcely functional, often leaving me disconnected during critical online tasks.

The location is super convenient, close to the city center and only 8 minutes to the airport by taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is a nice touch and perfect.
